Dadanast’ada, Welcome!

On behalf of the Tsuut’ina Healthy Living Program, I want to thank the Tsuut’ina community for always being supportive of the program and all the initiatives the program continues to host for the community to promote mental health and the prevention of substance misuse. I would like to give a special mention to the team of Healthy Living who continues to go over and beyond to help the Tsuut’ina community when needed. I am beyond grateful to work with such amazing people with beautiful souls. It takes a great team to achieve great things. Last but not least, I would like to share a special message for anyone who has been in a dark-lonely place or knows of someone in that situation, “those who encounter the hardest battles, are Creators strongest warriors. Keep going and remember the community and ancestors are behind you, when you do fall. But to never give up, but to only rest. The light eventually shines, when the thunder and rain resides.”

Siyisgaas-Thank you!
